habe mir heute noch was vorgenommen.....

unten Pause, zwischen den Sätzen nie mehr als 45 sekunden Pause
Ging gut und sauber!

Hantel auf 5 cm Blöcken liegend
1x180kg ging nicht, da Kopf nicht bei der Sache
1x180kg ging, aber schwer
3x180kg ging , war schwer aber ok

auf 5cm Blöcken stehend mit Turnschuhen ~8cm

Es war gnadenlos heiss!

nachdem ich es vor den Ferien nicht schaffte heute nochmal 3x3 von 5cm Block

3x180kg 1. war sehr schwer, dann gings

Fazit: Das war echt gut....werde nächste Woche weitersehen, es geht voran

Fazit: Es war oberheftig und sehr hart, der Workout hat mir alles abverlangt, war wirklich fertig nachher und kaum mehr ansprechbar.
Aber hoffe es wird mit den Squats, habe nun nach den Ferien angefangen und werde das weiterziehen aber eben moderat.

Ich trainiere seit 1988 bis etwa 1992 dann Pause, zwischendrin wieder mal ein oder zwei Jahre.
Dann seit Anfang 2001 ernsthaft wieder mit System bis heute .

Alles diesmal vom Boden weg. :heben:

Somit nächste Woche steigern wieder mit Blöcken......

Ging recht gut...

Hier war aus Zeitgründen Schluss...war auch gut, ich kroch auf allen vieren..... :wacko:

Fazit: Es geht voran mit Deadlift, der Weg ist der richtige, das funktionierte schon damals vor 3 Jahren.

Nach 1 Woche krank nun das 2. Training
Wollte Deadlift machen habe mich aber für einen Workout entschieden

War gut zum Anfangen, die Ausdauer ist nicht mehr supertop, aber egal dafür ist die Kraft besser!

Man darf das niemals vergleichen, sind zwei verschiedene Bankdrückübungen. Boards haben eine unterstützende Aufgabe um im Bankdrücken sich zu verbessern.
Die Boards sind dafür da, dass man den zb. toten Punkt bearbeiten kann.
1-3 boards sind für toten Punkt, 4-6 boards eher für Trizepsbelastung.
Man kann immer variieren.
